Biography
Katie Hobbs was elected Governor of Arizona in 2022, defeating Republican Kari Lake in one of the most closely watched races of the cycle. She previously served as Arizona Secretary of State from 2019 to 2023 and as a state legislator. She is the first Democratic governor of Arizona since Janet Napolitano.
